Larry Elder, California Recall Frontrunner, on Big Tech

A host of other Republican challengers trailed far behind, including businessman John Cox, whom Newsom defeated in the 2018 race for governor, with less than 5% of votes, and state Assembly Member Kevin Kiley, with about 3%.
